Comments: Great workout - loads of energy.

Increases across the board and could probably have done more. That is a great feeling! Had some extra time while the kids were in the pool so through in a few extra sets. Weighed myself today: 176.4. Down a little bit but only modest ... maybe 2 or 3 pounds since the beginning of TNT. I'm OK with that as this isn't about weight loss for me. Onto week 4 - last week of Plan A. Woohoo!
