i would say to either record the voice separately and merge the two together, or to film in a quieter spot.
you should try and make a multiple part series where you go step by step through the lifts, and some flaws. I think starting positions are big. You never really see a step by step analysis of the lifts on youtube.
Mark Rip has some good videos on youtube where he goes over the press, deadlifts, etc.
Also, maybe say why on some of these things. Like why is it important to keep the shoulders back, or when to bend the arms, etc.
I think the polished version will be good.
