Lax, there have always been experts here. Only about 4 or 5 came and went, and it did seem to leave a wake because people are still talking about it. For the record, posting volume didn't slow down for a second after that. In fact, I would say that it has done nothing but grow.
There is still a lot of really good talk going on in here though, both in the training forums, the nutrition forums, and yes, in the OT forums. I haven't noticed anyone not being able to speak their minds, short of being outright abusive.
If I didn't know any better, I'd say that this thread has been a lot of discussion. It's okay to not agree with everyone. It's to be expected in fact. Kaiser is presenting one side of the argument, and so is Gabe. It can get heated without the debators losing respect for one another. If you don't think that's true then venture down to the CE forum. We spar in there daily, but at the summit you wouldn't know it as we are all hanging out together, drinking and having a blast.
In other words, it's all good bro. Take a deep breath, and don't go nowhere (double negative intentional for all you grammar police out there).
