Quick and dirty lunchtime workout.

All this stuff overlapped, with the sets and warmup sets. No need for order when you're just getting the stuff in.

Squats, 12x2 (275)

V Grip Seated Rows, 1x5 (150), 4x5 (160)

Cable Chest Press, 5x5 (90)

Front Squats, 3x5 (205)


Squats and front squats are feeling good!
