Today - cardio on the stairmaster - 30 min, avg HR 145-150. Not exactly low-intensity, but no HIIT either...
Sore, but... not as bad as it could be
I ate way too much SALT yesterday (I think I could easily be a beef-jerky addict), and the scale was up (AGAIN!!!). So today - no salty foods (duh!). Gotta ration that jerky

. Plus TTOTM is due soon (when? hmmmm... anytime in the next 3-4 days?).
Tomorrow is "day off" but I'll be pretty active for much of the day, just not an official workout... then plan for Sunday is stage 3 B1...
We're going out to dinner Sat night AND to a "mother's day brunch buffet" on Sunday... YIKES!

Must plan ahead... must behave... most NOT say "but it looks goooooood..." and convince myself that it's ok to be a little piggy!
