Dude, yesterday I was a Hungry Hungry Hippo. I was starving all day and then to top it off, had to go to a freaking cupcake decorating class after work with my friends. (Don't ask. They like crafty stuff.) I sat there with cupcakes and buttercream and fondant in front of me and wanted to dive in face first.
Anyway. Rest is going well. Starting to really like it, actually. Kept the city walking to just over a mile yesterday.
Food was good, despite the cupcake temptation. Though I will admit to totally licking my (mostly clean) buttercreamed fingers at the end of Cupcake class and I did not include that in the calorie total. Hee hee

Sleep: I was in bed for 8 hours, but didn't sleep really well. Woke up hungry at 4am and had a hard time getting back to sleep. Ended up eating a very early breakfast today.
Water/sodium: Better! I think the sodium was right on track. Water a bit high still. I am supposed to aim for 4-8 oz of water per hour, and yesterday I brought in a cup with the oz measure on the side. Every hour on the hour I fill it to 8oz and drink as slowly as possible. lol
Emotionally: The cupcakes made me anxious, as did being so hungry. But gradually am feeling better.
Also should mention I'm taking 3 fish oil caps a day and a tsp of flaxseeds, along with a multivitamin.
