The only reviews i've heard about bodybugg have been excellent ones. I would get one, but i'm making progress now without one, and can't justify spending that money on something that i don't really need now.
For someone in your position, i would just concentrate on eating healthier foods, and slowly upping your calories over the weeks. You don't want to just start pounding 4000 calories if you've previously been taking in 1500.
Just take it slow. Lift weights, slowly increase your calories, avoid a lot of cardio.
