front squats - 185 (+30) for all sets
circuits 3x8 60 sec rest
incline db bench - 70's (no increase) all sets
bb romanian deads to rows - 185 (+30) all sets
cable PNF - 35 (+5) all sets
10 mins of stretching and cool down.
Notes:
Really good, hard workout tonight. I've almost got to the point where I can bend over and put my palms flat on the ground. I figure another week or two and I'll have it. I can put the balls of my hands flat, about 1/4 inch to go. I'm also increasing my splits distance. I've been increasing by inches weekly.
Cutting down my blueberry intake in the morning to a very few. Only other fruit is some pineapple in my salsa in the evening. I'm actually feeling REALLY good despite lowering my carb intake, but that may be because I'm eating quite a bit of veggies.
I got back into my waist size 32 jeans today. Felt really good and surprising. Haven't been able to get them on for damn near a year.
By my judgment (and, of course, I'm my own worse critic) in the mirror, I'm looking much, much better. The top abs are starting to come back and the lower gut is definitely shrinking.
