The only exercise I am having an issue with is the squat push press. I was squatting heavy, but I can't lift that weight over my head. So I'm squatting lighter so I can lift it. But, I'll get there...

I'm doing the same with the push press. At the end of Stage 1 I was squatting 105, and today for the push press I ended up doing 65. I tried 70, but that was just too much for me. With 65 the last 3 reps were really hard!
