Two questions:
(1) What is TNT?
(2) I was going to post about this separately, but as there's already a Stage 7 thread ... he says in the intro to Stage 7 that you start each workout with either "squats, a superset of bench presses and rows, or deadlifts", but the workout charts show the bench presses and rows as alternating sets. So which is it - supersets or alternating? I.e., are you resting between the presses and rows?
I'm about to start Stage 5, but then plan to skip ahead to Stage 7. I hadn't planned to skip originally, but I have a long vacation at the end of June/early July so I can't finish Stages 5 & 6 by then anyway and I'd like to see some more substantial fat loss before I go. I figure I'll pick up where I left off when I get back (i.e., with Stage 6, then onto 7 again).
