Default Pain in left ankle/heel getting worse

If I tilt my foot (now even slightly) as if I were going to walk on the outside edge of my feet I feel a sharp pain behind the heel starting with a tender spot on the bottom of my foot leading all the way up to the ankle, almost as if it's behind the heel. When I evert my foot (internal rotation) I feel it really get sharp pain under the ankles, both sides, but primarily under the left side.

I've been dealing with this pain for years now, operating on borrowed time. I'm afraid it's about to collect.

Should I compress it? It's hard not to do activities on it. It normally dully aches unless I make a wrong move. Then it's floor timee.

Wondering what's wrongl HELP!

My ambein just kicked in so I gotto climb in bed. G;nitee
