Because the reason I posted this question because I was wondering if your body could become over saturated with protein/carbs that your will just excrete them and not process them the way you want. Because I was reading this article and it said that after a workout, your body will not store carbs as fat.

something into you after lifting. Soda, Gatorade, protein drink..Get something.
