Yeah, after finishing the workouts I haven't felt like I am physically able to do any kind of running. I've been doing HIIT on off days sometimes, though.
I did my fourth stage 7 workout today and I'm starting to feel like I'm losing a little bit of strength. Maybe I was just extra tired today, but it seems to get harder and harder to eke out those 15 reps on some of the exercises, specifically the DB shoulder presses and step ups. I was initially going to try two rounds of stage 7, but I'm thinking after I finish this one round I'm going to move on to NROL.
