I agree, you need to be squatting regularly if you want to improve in powerlifting.
I also agree you should ease up on the pressing as that looks like it could be a bit much, and maybe chuck some more rowing in there as rowing isn't usually as taxing.
I don't know why you would have 1/4 days for lower body, it doesn't make sense to me. 2 days upper focused, 2 days lower focused, simple.
As for those pin presses, well I'd use board presses, they are very similar, but board presses are easier on your shoulders, especially if you use a phone book, or foam to press onto.
