Totally crappy day. It started off okay, but I ended up grumpy. I hoped a workout would snap me out of it, but I'm no better after. In fact, I bailed early on the lifting, too.

I was supposed to start with squats, but it was cold over there. The fans were blowing too f'ing hard, so I figured to start with upper body stuff and come back.

10x3
A1, Bench Press, 165 for 5 sets, then bumped it up to 175 for the rest
A2, Chest Supported Row, 135 for 1 set, then dropped down to 125

I walked over the squat rack and decided that I still wasn't into it and went home.
