Today's workout---another one at the local CrossFit facility. Man, I am so glad I didn't even consider the rubber bumpers they use there because they SUCK. However....
Snatch (floor/hang/floor) worked up to 32.5 kg for triples then
Snatch worked up to 37.5 kg for singles. I was going to go for 40kg but I was getting tired already. Damned dieting.
Clean + 1 jerk worked up to 40 kg. Forearm hurting at the end, but they were pretty smooth overall.
Clean high pulls worked up to 60kg for doubles
Jerks behind head worked up to 85 lbs for doubles
Front squats--weak as a kitten today. Only worked up to 120 lbs for triples
OHS worked up to
85 (+5) which was juuust heavy enough to cause me to dump it twice. At least I am learning how to get the hell out of the way fast!
And that was an hour and 40 minutes of my Saturday morning. Now I've had a nap, my aquarium is cleaned, and my extra coffee mugs have been packed in a box. Productive day.
