Had a pretty decent training session today with the other local lifters and the coach. I think taking the week off did me some good. Snatches weren't "on" today, but I did a quite a lot at 30kg. Didn't go any higher because things just weren't working that great. I'm not dropping fast enough and I'm still arming it a bit. Clean and Jerks started out horrible, but I FINALLY got my jerks worked out and did a bunch at 40kg. Finished off the workout with some 60kg front squats.
