Do the BSS and follow it immediately with overhead presses. It's not quite the same thing as doing them together, but since we're talking fatloss, Alwyn is probably trying to rev up your metabolism with his combos/complexes, so do them back-to-back with no rest (i.e. BSS then overhead presses, then rest).
Some of the posters above are correct: doing the BSS's until you master them is important, so don't abandon them.
