OMG DELICIOUS. Chix breast stuffed w goat cheese
YUM. Husband made me this last night--
4oz chicken breast(S)
1/3 oz chevre (goat cheese) per chicken breast
1-2 tsp olive oil
roasted garlic (peel off white husk, stick it in oven at 350x1 hr, mush garlic juice into cheese before stuffing)
sea salt
pepper
saute breasts in olive oil in pan until seared on each side. STuff breast w goat cheese/garlic mixture, salt and pepper to taste. Put it in a 350 degree oven x 20-25 mins. Eat.
