AS ADVICE ENSURE YOUR BACK IS PROPERLY PROTECTED AND YOU PUSH YOUR BUTT OUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE SUPPORT FOR THE BACK. I HAVE SEEN ALOT OF MY COLLEAGUES RUIN THEIR BACK BECAUSE OF IMPROPER LIFTS. ONE MORE THING DONT INCREASE THE WEIGHT UNLESS YOU FEEL ABSOLUTELY COMFORTABLE WITH IT.
