Step Up Sets 1-3 10/8
Prone Jackknife Sets 1-3 15 (I made it to 11 the last set before I fell off! I was really hoping to do 15 straigh But my form was great and I am so glad to be DONE with this exercise. I hate to do anything with my head hanging down!)
