Beginning TNT - I'm scared!!!
Hi everyone,
I am in my 5th week of the NROLW and while I have seen some results in the muscle growth category, I wanted to take it a step further. I am 5'4, 134lbs. I don't really care about how much I weigh as much as I do body fat % and feeling like a goddess. That being said, i have picked up the TNT and today was the forst day of Plan A. I am a little nervous because I am having to basically indoctronate myself to believe that sour cream is good for me and I can eat cheese a couple times a day. But, I am going to be faithful and really give it a shot. Here are my eats for today. Am I getting to much protien? I thought I read in here somewhere that you shouldn't have more protein than you weight. Or, maybe that's a forum myth I made up.
Eats:
Whey protein 20 grams pr/14 grams carb/Almond milkBF weight training

2 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 slice cheddar cheese
mushrooms
1 slice turkey meat
Big salad for lunch w/
cheddar cheese
guacamole
grilled chicken
olives
ranch dressing
celery
2 tablespoons of almond butter
for dinner:
salmon
broccoli w/ butter
Does this look okay??
