Congrats, you can call yourself a triathlete now.

Don't get discouraged by what went wrong, focus on what went right. You had a great swim (the dizziness is a result of your blood redistributing after being parallel to the ground for so long), you had a great bike ride, and you had a good case of linguini legs. That's race day my friend.

You'll get the nutrition down, and if some prick hadn't gone and taken all your space, you would've been just peachy. And why is that? Because you had a good plan, and you executed it to the best of your ability. Now, you'll just have to go out and race again. What's the fun of setting a PR that is difficult to break your first time out??? Now you have a good goal.

Congrats again, now that the first one is done, when is the next one???
