Week 4 - Monday 28th April

Bench

90 x 3 x 3 (198lbs)
- felt ok, wasnt getting 5 reps though

Row - Pendlay
60kg x 5
65kg x 8 x 3 (143lbs)
x 7
- upped the weight again

Tricep Extension
35kg x 8 (77lbs)
x 6
x 5
+ weight,

Sandbag Clean & Press
1 clean/5 presses
3 x 60secs
30kg (67lbs)
x 20

x 13

x 14
down a few reps

S/Bag Curls / Rows
- couple sets nothing to exciting


- was all ok, bench, felt good from wise, think i'm getting into a good setup.

- rows are progressing, few cheat reps towards the end of the sets but otherwise good

- rest tonight, got work to do

Edit
- Weighed in at 85kg (187lbs) this morning

  • BW = 190lbs
  • Deadlift = 400lbs
  • Squat = 243lbs
  • Bench = 237lbs----->>>Now 253lbs (half way through)
  • Chinup 3rm = 223lbs
  • Broad Jump = 85 inches
