- couple sets nothing to exciting
- was all ok, bench, felt good from wise, think i'm getting into a good setup.
- rows are progressing, few cheat reps towards the end of the sets but otherwise good
- rest tonight, got work to do

- Weighed in at 85kg (187lbs) this morning
