I used a calculator and came up with maybe 3000 a day as maint (estimating the activity based on how much exercise you listed). So your 2500 a day might be a deficit. You're not underweight by the BMI scale, but you're on the verge.

It might be too little food, but it also might be that you've been eating at a deficit, with a lot of activity, for a long time. You may not be recovering properly anymore and suffering for it.

What made you decide to have those tests done?

What are your goals? If you're doing Dos's program, I'd think it would be power and strength, and you're not likely to get those with that level of cardio AND that little bit of food.

If those are your goals, or maybe adding some muscle, then you might eat about the same and start cutting back on some of the non-lifting activity. That's too much HIIT, for one thing. Three days of lifting and three days of HIIT is too CNS intensive to do for long.
