some little punk did his 1 set of squats and I thought he was coming back. No, he left his weights on then came back an hour later to do his next set of 10.

Oh yeah, rest week for me. I have no plans of doing any lifting this week. So no modified 300 this rest week. I really need to get healthy and focus this week on my running.
