Oh hey, a workout! Wasn't feelin' great today, but I went anyway. I'm feeling a little run down so I'm glad this upcoming week is light volume for me.
Snatches - worked on technique today. Did lots of singles w/just 30kg. Actually not feeling too horrible technique-wise, just not feeling overly energetic today.
Bulgarian Split Squats w/a Jump - BB on back and one set of chains. Don't try these at home kids. 3x3xwhatever the bar + chains weighs.
Calf rehab work. 3x12 full ROM raises per leg w/10# DB
