Spent a good part of yesterday and this morning with a heating pad on my back. It's still cheesed off at me for the midget tilling. So, no "real" workouts the past couple of days but:
Redneck workout for today, done for 45 minute spurts as fast as I could, with 15 minute breaks in between:
4.5 hours of heavy outside chores, including shoveling dirt, moving rocks, log-carrying and throwing, tire-tossing, loaded pallet-sled dragging, sprinting up and down the hill x 15 carrying crap, and metal moving.
I figure as long as I'm doing chores, I might as well advantage of the situation and do them in a balls-to-the-wall kind of way to further enhance the workout.
Bonus: I've started trying to wear tank tops now so you guys might be spared my constant farmer's tan when the next pics roll around.

And the weight is pouring off of me these days. Nice. Especially since one of my brothers has challenged me to a "Biggest Loser" contest that's going on in his gym. Prize is free training sessions.... in Phoenix.
