- 2 DB dumbbell clean to push-press (30r x 1s @ 35# DBs)

- [Horizontal pullups (20r), PB dips (20r)] (x 3s, no rest btw exs or sets)

- Pushups (40r), HS hold (100sec)
- Shoulder prehab
