Default what is a "Seal Split Shuffle"

I was reading Alwyn's blog and he was interviewing John Alvino who made reference to a workout routine a client was using, and one of the exercises named was "Seal Split Shuffles" for 60s

Does anyone know what that is?
Here is the exercise in the context of the circuit :
Quote:
4: Interval Phase: (12 minutes)Do 4 continuous sets
2a) Med Ball Slams 30 sec maximal effort
2b) Jumping Jacks 60 sec easy pace
2c) Rocket Jumps 30 sec maximal effort
2d) Seal Split Shuffles 60 sec easy pace
I know split shuffle can be another name for lunge jumps or alt. lunge jumps - and seal jumping jacks use different arm movements - so what's with seal split shuffles? Same idea - arms cross in front and go wide?
