Top 100 Bicycle Retailer, Top 10 Orbea Dealer, Top 50 Cannondale dealer, AND, they employ the hottest chick bike shop employees in the area.
Seriously though she knows what's up. I don't even pick the bikes I ride any more. Hell, I haven't in quite a while. She says "baby this is what you need". Works out great.
