What a loafy kind of day!
I've done probably 2 hours of stretching off and on, plus I just got off of the treadmill.
45 minutes @ 3.5 mph -- increased incline by 1.0 every 5 minutes, all the way up to 5%, then back down by 1.0 until I hit 40 minutes, then down to 0 incline for 5 minute cool down.
Easy peasy and it helped to work out some of the kinks from yesteday. Oh, I have blisters on the balls of my feet. I'm not sure if they're from the tilling yesterday or from the treadmill today. Whatever the case, I didn't feel them until I hopped on the treadmill. Oh, well. Now my feet match my hands.
I'm not sure what caused the swelling. My best guess is that I just pushed myself too hard yesterday, trying to go 100% all day to beat the rain. I've had similar responses from my body to prolonged & difficult exertion before. I'd had no new foods, no new anything.
And, nope, I'm not sensitive to gluten. Lucky for me! I just use a couple of teaspoons added to my homemade bread because whole wheat doesn't do to well without it for me.
