There is something to be said for learning to love your body in the now. It is okay to work on improvements but important to be accepting. It is completely silly that you don't go visit because you don't want to hang out with your friend in a bathing suite. I bet it doesn't even cross your cousin's mind that you are not as fit as she.

I am totally with you on working out later thing. It just feels right.
