It's not unusual. When I ordered shoes from DE I heard nothing for almost a week, the guy called me from the WWC in Chang Mai, Thailand when he got around to checking and saw that there was an order pending. I had to wait for him to get back to the States to have the order shipped...
At least they have good stuff.
