You look like you have for sure put on mass, but 40 lbs, wow, you're right where did you put it? Congratulations on gaining such little fat, with that much weight. Amazing.

I too agree that you seem to eat very very low carb. Is there a big reason for that?
Well there's no doubt if I had a significant other or went to parties or bars where I made a douche bag outa myself by showing off my body, abs would be worth it. However, I don't have a gf and I don't flaunt my physique in the public, so I really have no need for them.

In terms of the low carbs, I was pretty high carbing it during my bulk, but now that I've been cutting for a while, I'm keeping them moderately low. That's really the only reason why. It hasn't affected me much at all, as I'm seeing steady weight loss, never hungry, and strength levels are at best staying the same. Hopefully I can drop 12 more lbs and be around 165 and very very lean. It only bothers me to think that 12 more lbs might mean 10-12 more weeks. I hate the idea of already being somewhat lean and having to waste the next 10-12 weeks not gaining any size or strength. Oh well, i'm in it for the long haul and want to be at 7-8% bodyfat before bulking back up. Health over looks.
