Meh, NROLFW workouts have been non-existent. I try, but I have no energy. Trying right after BJJ doesn't help. I'm a quivering pile of sweat after BJJ. But once TKD starts its summer schedule, BJJ will drop to 3 days (with breaks between!), so I can lift either the morning of BJJ or after TKD (I'll only be teaching there). So, until then & when I have time, I'll play around with squats/deadlifts, rows/pulldowns, and some ab work with lots of rest.
TKD, last night: I got to warm up the beginner class, so I made them do the Leg Matrix from Stage 3. Mwahahaha. I think they hate me now.
