Yeah, I had to compromise with my 'fitness mentality' of working out 6 days a week or thinking I was a slug. I am so happy with my 3 days of lifting and no cardio. I don't get burnt out and look forward to my workouts. Now that spring is here and summer is coming I am looking to see if I can incorporate some outdoor activity (that is not necessarily a workout eh?). Thanx for the beautiful pictures . . . I really enjoy them.
