It does take energy.... and I think its about finding what works for your life so that you can live your life. For me recently, that has been a whole changing around of what is important. With the sun being out longer, it's more important to me to be outside and active (whether that is taking pictures or going for walks or for bike rides) instead of spending my evenings in front of a computer. For me at least, sitting in front of a Computer is too much like getting sucked in by television (which I haven't had one in almost a year). I have to turn it off and walk alway so I can do other things.
This is not a bad thing though. I'm sleeping better, I'm truly accomplishing the things I want to do, and while people don't always understand why we make lifestyle changes, I'm doing what's right for me.
