Default Not feeling so great while lifting.

I am finding on days that I do an intense lifting routine, I get about 3/4's of the way through my workout and then I get the feeling of having to vomit, I feel light headed, and really nauseated.

This happened today, it was all I could do not to throw up, I tried to work through it but no go. I had to stop. I ate a kellogs cereal bar (all I had in the daiper bag!) and about 10 minutes later I felt better.

Sooo, are these telltale signs that I am not eating enough pre work out? Or could I be dealing with some other kind of issues?

I am usually awake at 7am, have a cup of tea, eat at about 8am (1 cup of egg whites, 2oz of low fat chedder, handfull of almonds) and then work out around 10am.

Should I try adding some oatmeal or toast to my breakfast? Maybe a quick pre WO snack?

Thanks.
