Todays Workout
FLIIB (60s/rest)

WGDL 3 x 12 @ 95 (+5)
T Push Ups 3 x 12 on bench 45*
BSS w/overhead press 1 x 12 @ 8/e, 2 x 12 @5e
Underhand Pulldown 3 x 12 @ 75
RDL w/Bent over row 3 x 12 @ 45 oly (I could have added weight but I had no energy to get weight and put them on the bar...)
Lower body russian twist 3 x 12 @ bw - again I would have like to just lay on the floor the rest of the afternoon.


Okay, normally the second time through a workout I feel stronger like yeah I can do this better than before. Well NOT on this workout - my god I was sweating something feirce and I was pacing around the gym out of breath and not caring who saw me in this state. Just retyping the experience makes me want to lay down on my bed with the cool breeze blowing through the window... ahhh oopps three kids calling gotta run! No time to slow down.
