Weird huh.. how we talk about how training can be FUN and then I'm having one of the most un-fun training sessions. How ironic
Blegh.. a really bad day. One of the few days I dreaded training and things didn't get any better when I was there.
What I did?
After the usual warming up:
hang cleans for wts from 25 to 35 kg
front squat for
WU: 47,5x5
52,5x7
57,5x6
62,5x2 .. stopped at 2 as I really lost faith in myself
Romanian DL
WU: 50x5 - 60x5
75x7
80x6
85x4
Same here.. just couldn't get the form right.
And then
single leg pressing
26x5 (-3)
24x5
And I said.. f*k it and stopped training. I really wasn't into it for utter lack of motivation. And frankly fatigue as well. For a fleeting moment I thought about cardio, but .. not motivated either.
