I usually do 3x per week; however stage 3 became a 2x per week for reasons I could not control. While it took longer than it might have otherwise, I'm still really happy with the results and saw some great strenght gains. I did my first chin up yesterday (huge step for me), which is something I've been aiming for since I started NROL4W. I was so excited that I decided to add chin ups to each workout to track progress even further and to reach my goal of a set of 10.
