sry if this has been asked before.. do you think my results would suffer if..
i lifted 2x per week instead of 3?
i know the book says 3 is ideal, and 2 would work.
but i want to hear your personal opinions?
if there are other threads on this, id love to read them, but i couldnt find anything with the search tool!
also, are any of you doing this program 2x a week vs 3?
