I think that, or a number something like that(obviously Dependant on bodyweight) is true. Your body can only absorb and use so much protein at a time, and any excess, will just get shitted out or stored as glycogen and then fat.
I mean you can't just eat 600g protein in one day so you can use it for the next 3 days right? Same thing here. I don't think theres a problem with too much protein though, unless its a crazy amount hah.
