So it seems you know one of the reasons why I was skeptical of your low-volume approach. I don't want to lose the conditioning I've been building up with the metabolic workouts I've been doing, plus they give a different approach to try. As it is, I'm adjusting my nutrition (just tweaks right now) per my trainer's advice.
