I had a pretty easy workout today. Mostly worked on strengthening my shoulders. When I do jerks I get some pain in the lower lats / subscap area. I'm not really sure where the weakness really is...and a lot of it has to do with bad technique...but I figured it couldn't hurt to do some extra shoulder strengthening stuff right? I'll also be working on jerk technique too of course.
