Go to Cape Kiwanda too, it isn't far from Rogue (brewery) in Newport. There is a brewpub there called Pelican Pub. It won best small brewpub a couple times at GABF and then expanded and won best large brewpub the next year. Really good food too. You can grab a beer and go drink it on the beach at the most scenic spot on the Oregon Coast. The hotel across the street is great too.
