I'd like to see a few very basic things that even I could do without worrying about f'ing up.
Jump Shrugs come to mind. Am I doing them right? Who knows... But, I'm told that they are perhaps the safest basic lift for someone who want to experience some of the benefits of Oly lifting but isn't ready to devote time and practice to getting the more complicated stuff down pat.
Other simple and safe movements would be nice to see, as well. If overhead squats and power snatches fit that bill, please try to include some of those lifts.
