So after a slip-up, it's even harder to get back in line. But I'm doing okay. I ate more protein/fats today which I finds really helps me control the sugar/carb cravings. I need more chocolate for my desk at work - one square of dark chocolate keeps me away from the FREE ICE CREAM my employer provides. And not just like, vanilla...six different flavors and they change regularly. I normally don't care about it at all, but this week...whew, it's been warm and I've been wanting sugar. Oh, did I mention I have PMS? The cravings have been crazy! But like I said, I'm getting back on track.

Hey, Rixa!
I'm so glad that you are back on track with your workouts. Great job!
As for the food and cleaning up your diet, I totally agree. If I slip up once on something sweet, it's sooooooooo hard to get back on track. I'm PMSing, too, and my cravings are awful right now. I'm also on my 1,300 cal. a day workout break with Leigh so it seems like they are taking over my brain......lol I'm on about my 4th caffeine free flavored tea to tame it, and I hope it keeps working.
