Finally got to log in another workout!...Last 7 days were brutal. I was working a trade show over the weekend standing in a booth in my totally sex-appealing but painful heels...ugh! 20 hours total. Not fun.
Anyways.
Workout 5 Stage 3.
One Armed DB Snatch
2 x 6 20# I know you all thought this was a fun exercise...sorry guys. I hate it. My arms hurt, my shoulders crack, I'm sure I'm not getting the form right and I've read all the threads and watched all the videos. I'm not doing them anymore.
DB Single Leg RDL
2 x 6x25# each
1 x 6 10 # each. Balance still sucks.
Barbell Bent Over Row
3 x 6 60#
DB Single-Arm O/H Squat
3 x 6 15# and 25#
Replaced bench presses with push ups - narrow and slow ones.
3 x 6
Plank
2 X 60 sec
1 x 40 sec
Exhausted...
EVIL EVIL MATRIX
24 squats
12 lunges on each leg
12 lunge jumps on each leg
24 squat jumps
Took me 4 min 15 sec each time.
What is really frustrating about working out is that you take a break and it feels like you need to start all over. I bet I'm still tired and just don't want to admit it. Getting out of bed in the morning is a pure torture...
